Refund eligibility

Refunds are available for subscription renewals that were charged in error or when the latest monthly credit allowance has not been materially consumed.

  • Request windowSubmit your request within 7 days of the charge or before the current billing period ends—whichever comes first.
  • Usage thresholdNo more than 10 credits may be used from the most recent allowance (Starter: 100 credits/month; Pro: 500 credits/month).
